EAC Untrusted system file normaliz.dll

Details:
OS Windows 10, Using Kaspersky Anti cheat
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080
32 GB DDR 4 Ram
Intel i7 9700k

Problem detail:
after a time, i wanted to play HLL again, if i start the game, the EAC will initialise but crashes out with the report "Untrusted system file (C:\Windows\System32\normaliz.dll)" im using kaspersky anti virus.

What ive tried already:

- deactivating kaspersky
- uninstall / install game
- refreshing game cache
- delete appdata folder
- give rights to kaspersky for Steam, EAC folders
- deactivate windows defender
- cleared Movie folder (found in another thread related to eac)
- running scan on windows console
- checked the latest Nvidia driver (updated)

Sorry to hear that this is happening - would it be possible to see your system information so we can try to help? To do this:

1. Hold down the Windows Key and press R, the Run dialogue should appear > Type dxdiag in the available text field > Click OK
   
2. Click Save All Information > Save the file DxDiag.txt to your Desktop so it is easy to find
   
3. Open the .txt file, copy all the contents > Paste all the contents to a free text hosting service such as http://justpaste.it, http://textuploader.com or http://freetexthost.com
   
4. Copy the link to your post

I had the same problem,try to update your win 10 on link https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10 (Windows 10 November 2019 Update)
After this actualization was problem with EAC Untrusted system file normaliz.dll fixed.

Hi, I solve this.
I use "Equalizer APO" with "Peace Equalizer, interface Equalizer APO".
It's an equalizer for the headphones and sound on windows.
Sometimes with a new windows updates it don't work and the game don't launch.
Error : "0xc000007b" and "untrusted system file C\windows\system32\normalize.dll"
From anticheat I guess.
Solve it by uninstall those two software and install them again with lastest update, or sometimes just uninstall them and wait for an update :(
