Stuck at menu with no UI after trying to join server

I am trying to join a sever, but as I am about to connect to the server, the UI goes away and I am stuck at the menu,

Unfortunately, no. There is not error message. Sometimes it seems to hang but joins the server after a few seconds and other times it never connects and all you're left with is the menu with the soldier in the background with no text on the screen at all. I have to force quit every time.

I've noticed that if you wait long enough, it returns you a "connection failed" error.

Got the same problem. Tried restarting the game, then restarting steam then restarting the PC. Didnt change a thing.

Happened to me in the past unregularly from time to time.

Tried to play today for the first time after about two weeks and after updating the last patch(es).

Joining Server sometimes won´t load the Map

If i join a Server, sometimes i am stucked in the Soldier Animations and the Game don´t load the map so i must press "Alt + F4". This problem appears a little bit too often.

If this is still happening, would you be so kind and confirm which Map this is happening? We are investigating, but if we can find a pattern, it would help us narrow down the issue to try to fix it.
