How do I change language?
In Steam in the properties of the game it is set to English, but when I launch the game everything is in German, how do I change it to English?

2. Open up Engine.ini

3. At the bottom paste in:
[Internationalization]
Culture=en

4. Save file

5. Follow this directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hell Let Loose\HLL\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

6. Open up Engine.ini

7. At the bottom paste in
[Internationalization]
Culture=en

For German change 'en' for 'de'

8. Save file

9. Boot up Hell let Loose

*Appdata may not be visible for everyone. They may need to make it visible via accessing the 'show hidden files and folders' option on their pc

**The layout seen in the image of where to paste it is important

***Game cannot be running while doing this as when it closes properly it will revert

****If the folder directory is different, it's still the same principle with a different starting letter

The folder "Saved" in step 5 does not exist for me in that path, only "Content", "Binaries" and "Plugin" are within that folder.

I was able to change the language of the game by only doing the steps 1 to 4, so changing it in the Steam dicrectory as well wasn't necessary for me. But I still wanted to mention that the folder did not exist there for future reference maybe.

Thanks though.

I tried it as above, only steps from one to four are possible.
I could't change the language in the game. Is another way to solve this problem?

Cause he sends you to the wrong folder, go to windows search, type %localappdata% and go to the HLL folder and there is the Saved folder.

That's literally step 1.

Maybe try to make the file read-only after you edited it.

I saved the file as read-only
the above hint is the same as steps 1 to 4
I've tried reinstalling several times
I'm so frustrated

Sorry, don't know anything else. Maybe just wait til the next update, hopefully they will add a language option in-game then.

Quoting the dev so he sees it again. Since steam discussion don't have an "@" option.
