where is the user data/config file location?

my resolution is broken so i cant select options. I want to edit my video/keyboard options manually so where can the config file be found?

In the starting launch options write : -windowed
That should help you change your res then, erase the command before relaunching the game

I have the answer for you here:

In your Window Explorer type %LOCALAPPDATA% in what is basically the "url" bar or go to C:\Users<You User Name>\AppData\Local\HLL, or it could be in C:\Users<UserName>\AppData\Local\Application Data\HLL\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor. (You might have to display hidden files and folders...) Then Adjust or Delete the the "GameUserSettings.ini" file and restart Hell Let Loose. If this does not work, Delete the entire HLL folder.

This is the easiest fix, no appdata deleting anything required. Literally windowed just allows you to move your mouse to the bottom of the screen to apply changes again.
