That should help you change your res then, erase the command before relaunching the game
I have the answer for you here:
In your Window Explorer type %LOCALAPPDATA% in what is basically the "url" bar or go to C:\Users<You User Name>\AppData\Local\HLL, or it could be in C:\Users<UserName>\AppData\Local\Application Data\HLL\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor. (You might have to display hidden files and folders...) Then Adjust or Delete the the "GameUserSettings.ini" file and restart Hell Let Loose. If this does not work, Delete the entire HLL folder.
