I have tried updating windows and graphics drivers - NO GO
Please advise I have had no issues even with new games. Just got Mordhau last week and not one single issue.
I have been trying to fix this error to the point were I did a reset on my computer. No luck. I expect our exception code is 0xC0000005 atleast it is for me with the same problem. Also contacting team 17's support team was a waste of time, they just told me to run it as adminstrator, which clearly indicates that they didn't even read my submitted dump file.
We are sorry to hear that you've experiencing crashing in Hell Let Loose.
Please ensure that your graphics card driver is up to date and that your machine meets the minimum requirements.
If the problem still continues then can you please send us your DxDiag file, so that we can investigate the problem further for you?
To gather a DxDiag, please follow the steps below:
1. Hold down the Windows Key and press R
2. The Run dialog should appear. Type ‘dxdiag’ in the available text field.
3. Click OK
4. Click Save All Information
5. Set the Save as type to Text File (*.txt)
6. Save the file DxDiag.txt to your Desktop so it is easy to find.
7. Open the .txt file, copy all the contents > Paste all the contents to a free text hosting service such as http://textuploader.com or http://freetexthost.com.

Please remove the Movies Folder.
SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Hell Let Loose\HLL\Content\Movies
This happens on startup when the intro movies play. I tried deleting and restoring the movies folder but no luck. When they do manage to play, the game just gives me a black screen.
Tried uploading my Dxdiag to a free host but it contains too many characters. Any way I can cut out a portion of it?
Thanks for your help.
Thanks
