We are sorry to hear that you've been experiencing crashes in Hell Let Loose.
Can you please follow this path:
SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Hell Let Loose\HLL\Content\Movies
and remove the Movies folder?
Please let me know if the solution works for you.

This specific issue is now very rare, can you confirm what exactly is happening and would it be possible to see your system information so that we can try to help? To do this:
- Hold down the Windows Key and press R, the Run dialogue should appear > Type dxdiag in the available text field > Click OK
- Click Save All Information > Save the file DxDiag.txt to your Desktop so it is easy to find
- Open the .txt file, copy all the contents > Paste all the contents to a free text hosting service such as http://justpaste.it, http://textuploader.com or http://freetexthost.com
- Copy the link to your post

Thanks for sharing that with us.
Please make sure that you're not using any overclocking software.
If the problem continues when the software is closed or not installed, can you please go to the game setting and change the video option from window to fullscreen.
If that doesn't work then please navigate to the following directory:
Steam\steamapps\common\Hell Let Loose\HLL\Content
and delete the Paks folder.
Then open Steam, right-click on Hell Let Loos, choose Properties, switch to the Local Files tab and press Verify integrity of game files...
Then please retest the game.
If that doesn't work as well, then we would recommend running a memory test check.
You can find a few options in this guide[www.howtogeek.com], though it would be best if you could use MemTest86.

My game keeps crashing on launch.
What i've done so far:
- Steam\steamapps\common\Hell Let Loose\HLL\Content
and delete the Paks folder.
- Deleting the HLL folders on APPDATA
- Verified Files, reinstalled the game. It launched after all this but kept crashing during game. 1 day later it's back to crashing on launch.
Any other tips? Its a fairly new Windows 10 installation.

What i did:
Sound settings - Playback - Properties (on the default device) - Advanced - Unclick "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device".
Cheers
Thank you so much for sharing your workaround - can you please confirm what exact error message you were receiving?
