NAGA89 --- Teamkiller!
Please report players here: https://www.easy.ac/en-us/support/hellletloose/contact/report/
THIS LINK IS USELESS.
Team killing in Hell Let Loose happens. It's just part of the game and in most cases can be forgiven. But I am highly selective about the individuals I report as team killers. I look for consistency and even a style of team killing, especially where it concerns prejudices or favored types of killing. After making several reports of singular team killers -- those players who apparently team kill because THAT IS THE TYPE OF GAME they enjoy, this is the response from personnel at the link provided above from the "TEAM17" assistant:

Thank you for reaching out!
While we very much appreciate your description of events in all the awe-inspiring and vivid detail, we are unfortunately unable to assist players with cases related to indecent or unsportsmanlike game behavior of others. Easy Anti-Cheat is focused on detecting cheating tools used to gain unfair in-game advantages. For this reason we would recommend contacting game support directly for assistance with any such issues. Please make sure to provide the support with a player name, a screenshot (if applicable) and any other information you think may be useful.
Hope this helps!
Have an amazing day and enjoy the game!

They ended their response to me with "Have and amazing day and enjoy the game!"
I am a great fan of this game and support it, and plan to support it further still in a powerful way, and am working on that powerful way presently. But I say this to the developers of Hell Let Loose: We are all trying to enjoy the game. . . But some of the Tk-er make it extremely difficult to do so. Here are a few of their names:

These are NOT your run-of-the-mill team killers. These are specialists. The following account is of the first name listed. Although the game was turned around, and because we'd won proved an amazing experience, we almost decided to abandon the server.
|||||||| Teamkiller Report to Link Provided by N17 Assistant:
The following individual jumps on artillery and fires upon his own people:
woodrテレビをけいれんす
He also jams the command com by constantly screaming into the microphone. He speaks English perfectly well and was working as a squad leader before then. I was a squad leader at the time and was in communication with him. Once we began to lose, however, he lost his mind and began shooting his own people and screaming into the mic. His team abandoned him immediately, and he was left alone in the squad. We pleaded with him to stop screaming, warned him that we were going to mute him, but we were all forced to mute him in short order. That's when he jumped on artillery and started using the very last of our limited resources to shell us. I jumped into command, which had cowardly been abandoned by the previous commander due to a recent, multi-point rollback, (which resulted in no small part from the chaos that erupted from the TK-ing and shelling) and asked Love company to redeploy to the middle HQ and reason with him -- that we needed the supplies to keep fighting, that the game was not over and could still be won or at least lost with the heaviest possible resistance and dignity. At the time there were 36 minutes left to the game and our backs were to the beach with an enemy cap on the last point at more than 50 percent. He continued to fire on us with artillery, so I ordered Love SQL to shoot him to stem the loss of supplies. Love and the offender then began TK-ing back and forth (a killing circle), but that gave us crucial minutes to drop supplies, build resources nodes and then garrisons. The TKer then took up a tank, and the killing continued. Love's entire squad fell back to defend the artillery guns and deal with the tank. They dropped supplies and built a garrison and took turns dying and killing the offender when possible to keep from losing their SQL, who had fought hard and played well throughout. The offending player eventually left or was kicked automatically from the game for TK-ing, but I am certain that he will return to avenge the treatment he endured for his actions. Once gone, the team pulled together and doggedly beat back the assault on Red Roof, slugged their way through the grass and up the treacherous slopes to battery, took the position, lost it again, rebuilt garrisons and OPs, and then took it back. Strategically placed forward garrisons provided by our recon teams then allowed us to roll the next point quickly, as the enemy seemed to be taken completely by surprise by our renewed vigor. The morale of the troops was so improved, the men and women could not hide their jubilance on the microphones and we had to forcibly clear both team and command coms. Forays out from the last point all stalled, but we held the second-to-last point for 12 long, sometime doubtful, sometimes dark minutes to eventual win the game. It was truly what the developers, I'm sure, had in mind when they began building this great game. But that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ needs to go. . . The kickvote failed but would likely not have prevented him from simply returning.
|||||||| End Report. . .
If admins were always present on servers, these players would be banned, but they'd live to play another day (given that the ban is only 2 hours) and in the meantime move on to harass players in other servers. But they'e not always present, and ban is insufficient regardless. The developers of Hell Let Loose must understand that some players make killing their teammates part of there game.
Bottom line is this. I have hundreds of hours on this game. And I know when TK is just an accident or the product of plain stupidity, and even when someone is just pissed and acting out. But the list above is unique. These guys are special-case killers. And they're ruining the game. Worst still, is what players remain in Hell Let Loose have no recourse.
We're alone on this issue.
|||||||| Solution:
There should be a small team of players who play often, whose job it is to identify special-case team killers and report them. Those reported should be contacted via formal email that they are not in compliance with the code of conduct for online gaming, which all agree to when joining steam and, therefore, are obliged to adhere when playing any online game through said portal. A swift and permanent ban follows.
AND/OR Hell Let Loose could lessen the number of votes needed to kick a player. It is nearly impossible, at present, even with a high level of coordination, to kick players from the game. And then what does that kick mean to the offending player anyway. A kick is not a ban, and the player returns to reek even more havoc.
Again!!!
Given the failure through the link provided by N17, we are alone on this issue.
1) A commander can kick anyone out of their team without anyone else's input. This works, even for this free to play game because it is counter balanced by the following things
a) a commander creates a team, and a player chooses that team instead of chosing a server, the implied thing being if you chose your leader, follow him or her.
b) if a commander kicks everyone, or bands everyone, he or she will eventually lose players to play with, or get banned from other teams
c) if a commander abuses this power, all 48 members of the team can report that steam account (an even greater risk than reporting a free Planetside 2 account)
d) the max # of TKs per minute is tracked for every player, if the max is exceeded, the kick is automatic and does not require a vote. The MAX can be adjusted for the role being played, i.e. accidental strafe or bombing runs causing 8 TKs is not as bad as a machine gunner doing 8 TKs in 60 seconds.... The automatic penalty for this is a 15 minute gun freeze on all servers [equivalent] (believe me ppl pay attention).
There is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON why a game 2019 can't come up with these measures at the get go, there is plenty of experience in past games to prove these work. And to prove that abusing commanders are much easier to deal with than rampant team killing that has no "court martial" realism.... Talk about the game being realistic.....
