Just got hit with it. Not sure what to do or how to fix it unfortunately. Could be an incoming patch.

Hello,

1. Go to Steam Settings > In-Game
2. Change the max ping from Automatic (5000) to 250 (the Lower)
3. Restart Steam (log out and log back on)
4. Start the game, click Enlist and wait for the server list to refresh

Message: No servers available please try again later

Disable Comodo firewall and Avast antivirus works.

Another three solutions that can work for you are:

1. Setting the Steam Settings > In-game server browser to a lower value again (500.)

2. Click on On the Windows icon and type Command to open the admin command prompt. Then run these two commands:

netsh winsock reset
ipconfig /flushdns

3. Disable Internet Protocol Version 6 on the 'Network and Sharing Center':

- Select Start, Control Panel, and then Network & Sharing Center.
- Click Change adapter settings.
- Right-click network connection and then Properties.
- Select the Networking tab and clear the Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) box.
- Click OK.
- Reboot your computer

If this information is of any help, this error also seems to be affecting Insurgency Sandstorm, World War 3 and Post Scriptum, and if I even find a sbr server in Insurgency for some reason it has very high ping. Furthermore if I use the steam server browser it wont let me join servers

Thank you for sharing the file.

Have you tried to take all the steps here that is clear download cache, DNS flush etc?

Are you using a wired or wireless connection (Between your router and PC)?
What Anti-virus are you using?
What country are you currently living in?
Steam Download Region (Steam Settings, Downloads)
What is your internet speed? Internet Speed Test[www.speedtest.net]
Are you using a VPN?
What is your NAT set to?

It looks like your graphics card driver needs to be updated.
Can you please download the latest updates from the Nvidia page[www.nvidia.com] and see if that changes anything with the server list?

Get back to us as soon as you can.

Well currently I'm formatting it because it's been working weird ever since I cleaned it from a virus, but after that I'll see if it works and if it doesnt try that.
Furthermore I have a wireless connection, I use Malwarebytes as my antivirus, I live in Argentina, if I'm not mistaken my download region is Brazil and my internet speed is of 16ms of ping, 2ms jitter, 0 loss, 5.8 download and 0.8 upload. I'm not using a VPN and my NAT is south brazil. Could it be that easy anti cheat is linked to the issue?

I just formatted the pc and everything for other reasons and seems it did nothing.
I have the same problem. I have been doing everything Team 17 tells me to do also, and nothing works. and you are right it i'snt just this game. Insurgency: Sandstorm and Squad are both doing this too me. but other games like Mordhau are fine.

It could be.

If you're experiencing the 'Easy Anti Cheat - 30007 error', then most probably the Driver Signature Enforcement (DSE) service is disabled in your system, however this service is necessary for the Easy Anti-Cheat system. DSE is a security mechanism for 64-bit versions of Windows (forcibly checks the program signing certificates for all loadable kernel mode drivers). In order to enable this service, follow the instruction below:

Press Start(Windows) button
type cmd in the search or Run box, press "Enter"
in the command prompt enter these lines:
bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF , press "Enter"

bcdedit -set NOINTEGRITYCHECKS OFF , press "Enter"
Reboot your PC in order to apply the changes.

Please get back to us if the problem continues.

1. Uninstall and reinstall the game.

2. If reinstalling doesn't work then please click on the windows logo, type %localappdata% and Enter. Delete the HLL folder.

3. Click on the Windows icon and type 'command', and open Command Prompt as an administrator. Then type the following lines:

netsh winsock reset
ipconfig /flushdns

Then reboot your PC.

Running steam.exe as an administrator

1. Go to your Program Files (x86)\Steam folder
2. Right-click Steam.exe select properties
3. Select compatibility tab and click run as admin
4. Launch Steam and Hell Let Loose

If you're using 'Log me in Hamachi' then please try to uninstall it.

Check the game is being allowed through your Anti-virus.
I tried typing that stuff in the command prompt and and error came up.

"an error has occurred setting the element data.
the value is protected by the secure boot policy and cannot be modified or deleted"
