Your issue is different from the original poster as you are having trouble seeing all the servers. I am unsure if you tried this, but if not, try the following:
- Open your Steam client and on the top right, click on Steam -> Settings
- In the In-Game tab, change "In-Game server browser" to 3000
- Close the Steam client, reopen and retest
Let us know if this helps,Regards,

Would it be possible to see your system files, make sure that everything is in order? To do this:

Thank you for sending those over - would you be able to update your Windows and retest? To do this:
Select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update
Install everything that is available and reboot your system.
Retest.
Hope this helps!

Sorry to hear that you are having this issue - what have you tried so far? Did you try any of the troubleshooting provided in this thread?

I'm still not sure if it's the network adapter itself, presence of two ethernet network adapters in the system, or maybe UE4 being incompatible with something about this NIC.
Game works okay using Intel 1gig adapter and WiFi. Also, updating AQC107 driver to the latest non-WHQL one allowed me to find servers, but weirdly VoIP doesn't work with it. I can't speak using the XCV keys, not can I hear anyone talking.
Is this something you could look into? I suspect some other people with this issue might be using weird network adapter as well.
