DLSS, FSR4.X, XeSS?
Hello,
will we get some technology for HLL at some point in time?

Those of us that have 2k or 4k monitors and nvidia cards just use a DLDSR factor of 2.25 and jack up res with little performance hit. I'm running 5760 x 3240 which is approaching 6k. I can still count on 120 fps. in HLL. No game code adaptations are needed for any game you may run. It's gorgeous.
I would like to use DLSS to have a similar/better visual experience while having less power consumption and higher framerates. I would like to hit a fixed (high) fps value and use a frame limiter.

=> Constant, high FPS
=> Less power consumption, less heat, maybe less noise
=> Higher fidelity

DLDSR and DLSS are completely different technologies.

DLDSR renders at a higher resolution and downsamples to improve image quality. DLSS renders at a lower internal resolution and upscales to improve performance.

The OP is asking for DLSS/FSR/XeSS support, which would benefit a lot of players who aren't running top-tier GPUs.

Saying "just use DLDSR" isn't really an alternative. DLDSR increases render resolution and GPU workload.

Your comment literally has nothing to do with the question.

To answer the OP's question, as far as I'm aware there are no plans for DLSS, FSR or XeSS support. HLL is built on an older version of UE4 and upgarding the engine to a newer version would most likely break the game.
But hey, maybe the developers will update UE4 on their home turn as they launch their new title. which will definitely use newer versions of UE4/5.

Shame on them if they just keep their WW2 shooter in the current technical state. Even Post Scriptum did introduce these techniques.
Hopefully we will see upscaling/framegen tech in HLL as well, not just Vietnam.
