Middle portion is just flatout a skill issue. (How many flies will I attract this time?)
The last section is just moaning about not getting to play a role which frankly just reads as entitled rambling.
Honestly, yeah, I'm personally kind of glad you didn't like the game enough to stick around, if these are the primary issues that's making you uninstall, you weren't the type of player the game needed.
Edit: bit of an extra thing: https://steamcommunity.com/app/686810/discussions/0/604145113592044831/#c777534074828892718
Kinda lmao
Anyway
Buy the game for a friend, and play with that friend. Then you can be sniper, and you'll be a more effective recon team because you'll communicate like friends do. When I play with a buddy, we literally get a recon squad almost 100% of the time. We take turns being the sniper.
Long story short, this game rewards you for not solo playing. It's a team-based game, get a team.
Ironically, your first statement implies that the game is only played by people without friends. My rebuttal is the people who have the most fun on this game play it with friends. YMMV.

and studios knows this, but to make this work they need at least a dozen people working full time just to secure the game, and that is probably over 2 or 3 million per year - and they will not pay this, so they instead pay EAC for peanuts.
as said above, your best bet is Community Servers, but even admins cheat on those.. it's an issue with computer games and it will only be solved when someone does what I described and such becomes market practice.
this is the saddest news since un-sliced bread.
