Freezing for 2-4 seconds.
Hi, My game freeze now and then for 2-4 seconds. I have run integrity checks, uninstalled and reinstalled, run as administrator and tested different graphic settings, launch options and all other tips and tricks out there. My pc specs are ok and gpu driver is up to date. My dxdiag is here: https://justpaste.it/4rlr4

Please, anyone?

I skimmed over that page and something I did notice is that among the drives on your system you have one that's X: which seems kind of strange although that likely shouldn't cause any problem.

That happens to me with higher hardware specs and a gigabit fiber connection. It's the game, although I haven't noticed it happen much since I switched my game arguments to this: "-force -dx12 -USEALLAVAILABLECORES -refresh 144 -malloc=system -high"

*edit: I should have mentioned that text string above is added to the game in steam, my monitor operates at 144 but I suspect I don't need to pass that to the game anymore.

Hey LittleB,

Sorry to see you're experiencing some performance issues while playing Hell Let Loose.

I can see from your DxDiag that you have Nahimic installed on your system - this has been known to interfere with multiple titles and could be causing some of the Audio crash issues appearing on your DxDiag also.

We would recommend uninstalling this software before retesting the game. To do this:
  1. Search Device Manager in your Windows search bar
  2. Expand the section titled Sound, video and game controllers and locate Nahimic
  3. Right-click the device and select Uninstall Device
Please also uninstall any related Nahimic Devices in Software devices.

If the issue persists following this, and to reveal any possible issues with your Windows system, we would like to recommend that you please attempt the following actions:
  1. Open the Windows Start Menu
  2. Type “cmd”
  3. Right-click on Command Prompt > Run as administrator
  4. Type “sfc /scannow” without the quotes
  5. Press Enter
  6. If the process has revealed/resolved any issues, please attempt to run the game again
Get back to us when you can and let us know how you get on - if your find you're still experiencing this we can investigate further.

Regards,
Team17 Support
