Mortain loads video card up to 96% from 83 degrees rtx 3080 ti
I wouldn't want to burn down my house playing your game.

Another question, is it normal that in the tank's sight the video card load is 100%?

I have nearly the same card (ASUS Geforce rtx 3080 TUF) and it is not normal what you experience. Is drivers updated? Is your fan controle setup correct? etc. My card goes stable around 65 degrees when playing HLL - thresshold is set to 75 degrees.

Sounds like your PC/graphics card needs a thorough clean. or the fan on your card isn't working.

I have the same card. And It's factory overclocked as well. If you make no modifications to the stock fan curve, what you describe is going to happen. But there is an easy solution. Install MSI afterburner. Don't use the MSI overclock feature, it will not work with the later Nvidia drivers for the RTX serires. Those drivers actually overclock if the card is capable of that. Simply do this: set the fan curve for manual configuration. Set it to go to 70% fan when 50C is reached. Then set the next part of the curve to go to 100% fan when 70C is reached. This should keep the operating temp at 70c or lower. That's a safe area for and RTX gpu. It is said that they can withstand up to 90C But ideally it should be operated below 80C. This seems to work splendidly with a dual fan card. Give it a try. One caviat: It will be a little more noisy.

Do you think a modern graphics card can work without a fan?
Not without overheating.

always votemap to avoid mortain.

and always leave as soon as you know it's next map, half the players will do the same.

GDDR6 runs hot, replace thermal pads and you'll be fine. My card runs 82c and I don't have any problems. Been that way for 4 years. You don't need to worry about that kind of heat with these cards, but if you're really concerned you can just replace the pads and you'll be reduced down about 7-10 degrees.

It's normal for a GPU to run at 100% (maximize its power). If it doesn't then there's an issue with it. The temp seems to be a tiny wad higher than the 3080s normal range. If the temp seems to affect performance then you might need a better way of removing heat or a larger case.
