Report a translation problem
There are a few things you can do for this.
1. I'm level 203 and my video settings are Texture: epic, Low, Community TAA, epic, epic, epic, medium, epic, epic, and motion blur off.

Past that.... Start learning to move much slow and more deliberately unless your whole team is storming a point.
Also it's a camping game (at least a lot of the time).. Attacking is hard defending is easier.
Like in other games people who play a lot begin to memorize the maps and certain parts of the map. That also helps a lot.
