Performance issues, help and questions
Hey guys, I'd like to share that I'm having a performance issue in this game. I don't know if it's normal due to the game or the PC I have. So I'd like to ask for help from the community.

I have a performance between 40 and 50 FPS on all maps, although it sometimes varies depending on the map. I have friends who play with lower GPUs and CPUs than me and they perform better with almost the same graphics settings.

Just a note: when I play, the game only uses 30 or 40% of my GPU and 10 to 20% of my CPU.

Is this normal? If not, what can I do to improve performance without sacrificing graphics quality?

My PC specifications are:
- Windows 11 Pro 64-bit
- BIOS: 0608 (type: UEFI)
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12-Core Processor (24 CPUs) 3.8GHz.
- 128 RAM.
- DirectX 12.
- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080.

The graphical settings I usually use in the game:
- Full Screen mode: Windowed Full Screen
- Resolution Scale: 100%
- Vertical Sync: On
- Texture Quality: High
- Shadow Quality: High
- Anti-Aliasing Method: Clarity TAA
- Anti-Aliasing Quality: High
- Fx Quality: High
- View Distance: Epic
- Foliage Quality: Medium
- Postprocess Quality: High
- SSAO: High
- Motion Blur: Off

Settings you should change:

Vertical Sync: Off
Shadow Quality: Low
Anti-Aliasing Method: Community TAA
FX Quality: Low
View Distance: High
PostProcess Quality: Medium
SSAO: Off

You should see a massive performance increase with these settings. The trade off in graphics is really not that big, and things like shadows and foliage set to low will actually make it easier to see enemies. The resolution you play at will obviously also have a large impact, I don't recommend playing at anything lower than 1440p. Frankly with your specs you should be able to get a good consistent frame rate at 4K, I think your problem is your graphics settings. There's tons of videos on YT that do graphics/FPS comparisons between all the settings, watch them and you'll see for yourself that the trade off in graphics isn't that huge compared to the performance increase.

Wrong community to ask for anything logical. I used to play this with a similar system to yours and it ran fine.

Do a fresh install of your drivers with DDU in safe mode. Don't pay to much attention to the guy above me who has no idea of paragraphs.
NACH NEUSTEN UPDATE HABE ICH DIE SELBEN PROBLEME ERST HABE ICH 130 bis 150 fps und jetzt nur noch 40 bis 50 fps
Also ich meine spiel update

The irony of this response when you failed to use commas and don't know the difference between to and too. Maybe pass 2nd grade English before critiquing my lack of paragraphs in a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ steam forum 😂

Thanks, this has helped me a lot and fixed the low FPS issue. The only downside is that I occasionally experience some lag or stuttering, but nothing serious.
Thanks again.

it just poor optimization i think. i played this game on high end PC when it was on beta 2-3 years ago it was kind of laggy and stutters gave me headach

This is likely just server side lag, I also get occasional stutters.
