Achievements in HLL are horrible
Steam achievements in this game are one of the worst I have ever seen. I do like this game, I have spend over 250 hours in it.

But I also like to play other games and try to unlock every possible achievements, most of the time they are fun to do, encourage new playstyles and approaches how you would complete the game. But here, most of them are either tedious, grindy, based on luck or combination of all. Some of them are almost imposible to get no matter how hard you try.

Didnt developers even consider how bad they are when they added them? Like destroying 100 jeeps, I barely seen any in this game.

Why those achievements require you to do something more exponentially than on playstation? Example is Warfare master. As PS trophy it requires you to win 25 Warfare battles but on steam you need to win 250.
Or complete 5 matches on Playstation but on Steam it is 50 matches of the same map. And this is for every map. Who though of this, why would they make them so much grindy?

Kill 10 enemies with a knife without dying? No chance in regular game. Those are so rare that they have literally 0% completion which I have never seen in any game.

25 vs 250 is wild
Most people don't care for achievements.
I do, but half of the HLL achievements are ridiculous.

They are beyond ridiculous, it feels like somebody didnt even know how to properly make achievements for this type of game and also to artificially extend the players investments by tedious and grindy tasks.

Not that bad , with 1200 hours ive got 85 % of the achievements some are very hard to get but it is just like a challenge to me

i have 800 hrs and I'm not even halfway dude they do suck
This is one of those games where you don't really care about the achievements -> I mean level 500 alone is probably around 5,000+ hours of game time. (By eyeballing it I can see I am maybe 1/6th of the way there around level 200-something, 820 hours played)

The type of player this game is aimed at usually doesn't care about achievements.

Even if the "type of player this game is aimed at usually doesn't care about achievements", why make them so ridiculously unreachable for 99% of us? Just to troll apparently. Why have achievments that almost nobody can achieve anyway?

My rarest achievement is "Command And Conquer!"
- As Commander, kill the enemy Commander. And even that only 3,1% of the players have done. That one is at least reachable with reasonable effort (got it by accident).

Then why would they put achievements there if most of the players dont care about them. Why not rewarding players who reach those milestones in other ways like cool cosmetics, ribbons or medals that you can decorate on your soldier on the battelfield. A real accomplishment that everybody can see, like Medal of Honor or Iron Cross isntead of getting achievement for it. Achievements should encourage new ways of playing and helping team, not doing tasks that is the opposite of teamplay like killing 10 players by knife, spade, molotov without dying, or driving jeep to roadkill 100 enemies.

You can only obtain them by not properly playing the game. Roadkill 100 player by jeep, yeah that sounds fun, destroying fully loaded jeep or halftrack, one in a milion chance.
