Be objective driven; if your team is defending be in the middle of defending, if they're attacking lead the attack...
At the beginning of the match there is a lot of walking/running as everyone is getting to the objective. After that everyone should be able to spawn into the action.
Miss a transport truck at the start of the game, and you'll realize why you hear it called a"running simulator" hahahaha
1) people on mics
2) a non braindead squad leader
When I find that combo I tend to have a lot of fun, win or lose.
I tend to do the same. At the moment there are so many squad leaders under level 20, and the games are as you would expect. It's not even about winning, I had some of my best games losing but with an excellent squad.
