It is entirely possible to twitch shoot people, because HLL is designed in such a way that twitch reaction shooting is the core aspect of its gunplay. He might have just gotten lucky, or he was using walls/esp. You'll never really know for sure.
you spawn 5 times at the same point = he was expecting you.
a huge monitor and trained to see movement - basicaly a human skill, since we use to be prey and hunters, but some people are better with that then others.
a much younger person who has that reaction shooter mentality and skill - realy not required here and only partly usefull, because this is a strategie game. but sometimes you run into such situations.
another player (the other recon) was close and warned him about your approach - thats why you should always be with your squad, to support another.
async lead you to notice his movement later then it actualy happened, what then looks like he was flipshooting you.
and now something personal....
i admire your effords to play as a Commander, but honestly this is quite early with 30 hours playtime ;)
there is still alot to learn about the game as you experienced here.
for example, your missunderstanding the controler symbol for a console player - here are countless threads that desperatly try to explain to the community that there is NO CROSS PLATTFORM!
to you that lvl 63 is "only" but he obviously had a little more experience, what is a huge benefit in this game.
maps, guns equippment... many things you dont realy know about and cant with your time, and the steep learning curve will allow you to succeed over a less experienced.
my conclusion is - this was most likely no cheater.
but i dont realy see a point in cheating in this game anyway, nothing to earn, nothing to boast... just a waste of time and money - my opinion!!
