Do a Pacific campaign

Please consider creating maps for the Pacific campaign. Squad 44 has an Iwo Jima map but nobody plays that game so the servers are often vacant. The Pacific was a nasty campaign and a lot of the player base would enjoy experiencing it. I would.

The devs recently reiterated that the Pacific theatre is not on the table for the foreseeable future.

I just think we can find better things to complain about than a pacific campaign. It's one of the most easily ignored things I've seen get multiple threads about.

“Do a Pacific Campaign” Buddy, They Can’t Even Finish North Africa. These devs just dropped Tobruk, a map that looks like someone Googled “desert terrain” and hit export. It’s got empty houses, a plank system for rooftops that plays like a parkour puzzle, and atmosphere so dry it makes cardboard look immersive. If this is what they consider a finished map, then the Pacific campaign would probably launch with one palm tree, three huts, and a weather system that blinds you every three minutes for realism.

Let’s be real:
The Pacific Theater isn’t just a map reskin. It needs:

Asymmetric balance

Custom jungle foliage and terrain

Amphibious mechanics

Immersive, period-authentic sound design

New factions, animations, gear… the works.

And this dev team? They just tried to do North Africa and gave us something that feels like a Unity asset flip with sandbags.

Expecting them to handle the Pacific right now is like handing someone a jet engine when they haven’t figured out how to inflate a bicycle tire.

Maybe you should try playing Red Orchestra/Rising Storm.

I'm pretty certain the next maps and faction added will involve the Canadians in Normandy and later.

I agree, I think we should make 10 more threads about how the guy on the banner/splash screen looks weird because that is much more valuable than asking for new content.

Yes this is very important and should be talked about more. Splash art affects the game in such drastic ways that if it's bad, it makes it entirely unplayable. I'm shaking every time I boot up the game.

We don't have to accept badly designed splash screens, you are right. Good you pointed that out. It's a horrible splash screen tbh.
