How to fix "Please close ACE-BASE before starting the game" ???

Someone knows how to fix this? I like this game but every time this game gets an update I have to lead some problem to play, I tried tutorials but nothing working.

You apparently have another instance of an Anti-Cheat called Ace-Base running and EAC is not liking it.

Open Task Manager and End Task on Ace-Base.

I never heard of it so I looked it up. That anti-cheat software is called "Anti-cheat Expert". It has kernel access and appears to come from Tencent which is not a combination I would trust on my own systems. The Wikipedia page for the anti-cheat lists which games come with it in case you want to get rid of it.
