You must be playing a different game.

Again, 601 hours and only encountered ONE aimbotter, on an Official HLL server.

Easy Anti Cheat is actually pretty good. The popular private hack providers aren't selling cheats for EAC directly, you have to buy other hacks first and hope for an invite. This has never been the case for games up until about a year ago.

Well, I came back to the game after a few month's off. Been playing a couple of days now. Its been extremely frustrating. Getting shot while laying in tall brush and not moving or firing seems to be standard now. Always loved the game, hope its not due to hacks. It definitely feels different in a bad way.

This made me curious.. i havent looked at hacks since maybe 2004ish... these websites are charging 100+ USD for 1 month hack access lmao... cant believe hackers actually pay that.

Simply untrue. It is garbage. Which is why none of the publishers who are serious about stopping cheaters use it.

We brought this up a year ago and they denied that there were cheaters in the game
Then we started posting videos on their forums of them doing it and we got mutes or discussion bans

I too encountered "immortals", at one point I realized it was not the case though. It turned out there was a wall where the person was and it was just not rendering, plus the wildly varying ping I get at times.

I've encountered maybe 1 hacker ever in this game and he was kicked.

Personally I don't understand why steam doesn't get more serious about this issue. A ban from a server in some countries does not even amount to a slab on the wrist.

Wouldn't it be better, and actually equal a punishment, if steam banned cheats from steam?

Simply report any hacking behaviour with the server admins and also with EAC here: https://www.easy.ac/en-us/support/hellletloose/contact/report/

Then server admins can use the admin tools to track down a hacker or cheater and then simply get a gamewide ban for that player.

TL:DR, Report! A report will lead to a ban!

Ran into a few hackers recently, running behind a wall, out of line of sight, bullets are hitting the other side of the wall, i turn and run the other way, bullets follow me back in the same direction, shouted to a team mate and we both moved backward and forward behind the wall and you could hear the bullets tracking us, even though there was no way we could be seen.

Other times i have come across people who have their backs to me, far enough so they would not hear my footsteps, and whilst they are running, they suddenly do a 180 spin, shoot and then spin back and keep running

Some sad people about if they need to cheat and use aimbots.

This is one of those examples when people think that there is a cheater, but really there isn't.
Most of the stone walls, boxes, logs ect have a draw distance of 300 meters or so. So there might be enemy tank zooming on you 400 meters a away, he doesn't see the stone wall because of draw distance, but he sees you and try to kill you. To you it might seem like cheating, but its not. 9 out of 10 the cheater reports are things like this.

been playing in hongkong server, the sad thing about having hacker in game Garrison and OP wont last a minute to be hidden bcoz hacker will know where the ppl pop out... always red/hot garrison and dismantled OP plus the running LMG with accurate hit
