HLL community ban? wtf is this?

So, apparantly i'm banned from every single server now. What the ♥♥♥♥ is this? This is absurd. Some fat arse server owner shouldn't have the absolute power to ban me from basically the whole game. There wasn't even a clear reason give as to why i'm banned from all the servers now. I'm guessing it's because there was this one time when i got into an argument with some server admin and he banned me from the server. What the hell can i do about this? How can i play the game again?

This is exactly what happens when the game developer gives the community way too much control over the game. Idiot server mods drunk on power will ban you for whatever reason they feel like, just so they can feel important and powerful.

I can't find any EU based servers from which i'm not banned. I'm guessing they are running some stupid community ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ban list. If you don't suck admins d you might end up on one. Didn't try US servers, but it doesn't even matter. If i can't play EU servers this game was waste of money for me.

When i join a server i get a pop-up screen saying something about some hll community banlist and it states that it's permanent. Then the server automatically kicks me. It's probably some stupid community mod everyone is running.

Clearly it's not an official ban by the game's developers and their admins, but some community made up ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ banlist server owners run. I doubt steam moderators have any power over ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ communities like this. Too bad this is a retail version i have, so i can't even refund.

There's no such mod. Servers don't have that capability.

Most likely it is as someone above described: your account was shared by the community servers in that region in order to have you banned on all those servers.

This is pretty common in these types of games and is usually reserved for the worst offenders. I reckon there's more to this story than the OP will ever admit

The fact is these are private servers paid for and hosted by private communities; they are free to run those communities however they see fit, and you are free to start your own server if you like.

As others have mentioned, it's likely there is a severe offense if your name was in fact shared with other server owners to such a wide ban. Perhaps reflect on your behavior and reconsider whether that is who you really want to be seen as?

Also, you can still play on official servers as the community bans have no authority there. People pay for their own servers, so it's their rules. Guess you can start your own server lmfao.

You are 100% correct.
In todays world that is the reality we have to deal with. There is no middle ground any more, people are becoming more and more absolute in their thinking and acting.

A second chance is not permitted. Insta ban on all servers makes the mod d ick hard.
Power trip, dopamine, usually done by individuals of low and average intelligence and doubtfull moral standing.

They have no control of their life and occupancy, these ban action serve like a substitute to make up for their lack of control and respect in life. Trash of society.

No server can ban you from every server, the most they can do is share evidence of peoples behavior and actions and then each other privately owned server chooses to ban you or not.

As it happens, it was me and my squadmates disagreement with the Exodus servers admins and their left-wing politics that led to our whole unit getting banned on multiple servers (not just on their servers, but on basically every EU server).

In a nutshell. We called out some beta-male for being a weak leader. We expressed our dislike for feminine men leading squads, because if the squad lead is not capable communication and giving orders the unit isn't combat effective. The squad lead went crying to his admin friend and they started throwing their left-wing ideologies at our faces, calling us racist and all the usual bs. We ended up disagreeing with their indoctrination and they silenced us with a community wide ban.

it's insane the developers have given server owners power to the point they can almost completely block a user from accessing this games online features. Basically another steam user can ban another steam user from this games online community based on his political views, if this person has access to the black lists most servers run.


These server admins are left-wing establishment indoctrinated beta-males with poor self-esteem. The developers unfortunately provide them with a platform for their self-actualization. Community run HLL servers are a safe enviroment for femboys to put on a uniform and roleplay in masculine roles with no risk hurt feelings. Whilst trying to discover their masculine side, they can discuss and spread the messages of equality, questionable values and gender roles. All dissent results in an instant multi-server wide permanent ban.

Did you just admit to getting banned because you wanted to have random political arguments with people in a videogame and then escalated to a point multiple people were involved? I legitimately don't understand how you think this makes you look like the victim.

Here's some fun information for you: There is in fact a permaban list that is shared between clans. It also has a section where the offenses are listed along with evidence, this usually being video or direct logs from the server (to prevent innocent global bans) and people are only added to this list if they have been beyond unreasonable, this includes stuff like hate speech, Griefing/TKing to a ridiculous degree, etc.

That means as far as I'm concerned you engaged in some of the worst types of behavior anyone can engage in and you got punished for that. You are the type of player that the game is better off without. You didn't even have the balls to post this on your main account.
