How is this game for someone who literally just wants to go in a match and get kills, this seems like it wants people to be tactical.

Some games that's what happens because the squad lead doesn't talk, even if the squad leader talks, there are usually 1 or 2 that go off on their own, but even if you stick with the squad you're basically getting kills...

Well...

Once you get used to the game, the first couple games I never saw anyone, I just getting head shot. I didn't get comfortable with the game really until about 80 hours into it.

As long as you're communicating with your squad and team, play however you'd like, though ideally it'd be in some way that actually benefits your team.

Example: spawn camping an enemy garrison for kills instead of taking your squad in to destroy it is lame. Camping in a good spot at an enemy objective getting kill after kill while your team attempts to take the point is perfectly fine.

Just go to arty) You can play on arty as SL with locked squad while yor team have ammo for shooting.

Just do what you want to do but be mindful of your teammates. Sometimes ill just be in my own zone not even using my mic but staying close to my squad or the objective. Helping where i can and when but on my own terms. You bought the game so you should be able to play it anyway you want

You ever notice even when its 96/100 full right after a refresh, there's almost always a 5 person kway to wait through? Are there spots reserved for admins to join or is the refresh action just behind

This game is extremely slow paced and boring. When you first start out you will spend more time walking to your objective and dying on the way. There is no kill cam you just drop. When you finally do get into a fire fight the game is so clunky that its almost comical who is hitting who until someone ragdolls to the ground. This is not the type of game for a solo player at all. Im just a Battlefield refugee looking for something else besides playing 5 or 1 for the thousandth time. This is the not the game.

PLEASE do not buy this game if you just want kills! Purchase BF 3, rather! We honestly don't need more people using this game 'just for kills,' it severely hurts the game.

Yeah not really your casual walk in and get kills type of game. Especially if you plan to walk off by yourself and not work in a team. Sure you can get kills. But I found it to be a pretty bad experience soloing. Playing as a team in this game is really where it is at. I have gotten to the point where I will squad jump until I find a group that is communicating. Most of the community are really helpful when it comes to teaching about the game with a exception of a couple of elitist I have run into.

You can try, but in my experience with the game, that kind of play style just gets you bodied by snipers and MG nests who are playing as intended.

This is not COD or CS, run and gun is 'run and done' in HLL, there is no "jumping in" really the smart HLL commando crouches and crawls in. ;-)

Yes it keeps kids who get easily bored and generally soft element of population away. Very good for us who care about other members in team.

the maps are not very wide and you going off 100-200 meters from your squad wont do to mych. but just find a comfy spot near a defending or attacking objectives and youll get kills.
youl find by sitting out in the open in the stupidest spots youl get the most kills.
keep in mind if you are going to roll sniper you may be presured into going into the enmys spawn to camp arty. best to just use the rifle men.
