Yes it does. Queue count is always accurate, as soon as it drops down to 5/6 I'll get right in the queue.
Not trying to sound mean but it can't be more simple. I've played a lot of online games and don't see how HLL is any more complicated than them . You literally click a button scroll to a server and join.
Are there a slew of mmo games now day that you just turn on and are instantly put in a server without having to think or do anything?
How are so many people having this issue and if they can't figure out how to even join a server how do they expect to play a team oriented game?

Did you try looking on the right after you clicking on a server? It shows you the *** queue.

Most games are like this. After a couple failed sessions just refresh it. I usually go for full servers with 3/6 and try to join then just afk for 5 min and it's usually next in queue or i'm in
