I'm not 100% sure, but:

-account exp, no you dont get it.
-class exp, yes you get it because you get it as soon as you do the actions that give you exp, several times mid-match I unlocked the steam achievement for ''upgraded this class to X level''

You get all your xp apart from the end of match bonus xp.

You get all experience at the time of doing it this includes class and account level.
