Supply Class - Supply Limit?
If I drop supplies every time I spawn in does it count against some kind of supply limit?

How should supplies be dropped? Whenever you find a suitable location? Only when your squad leader asks?

I want to pepper the field with supplies. Is this ok? How do I properly play this role?

Thank you Valentine. I was unaware of that entire mechanic.

Valentine is right. Keep in mind that air drops are visible to the eneny. https://youtu.be/ETIanTIobgI

Changes are in the works. The devs aren't fond of the redeploy for supplies meta. Look for changes after transports are implemented.

The support role is really underplayed. I do it a lot because you can't just assume the other guy will do it. After a few days away from the game I just now left the PBS server without joining in. Scrolled the roster and with 15 squads there were only 2 with support role and one was a level 2 so was likely their first game. Without even studying the map I knew how it would turn out and left. That's my response about 50% of the times I jump on anymore but I've learned that a quick review of the team before joining a squad gives a surprisingly accurate representation of the type of game play going on. I've learned when I join and stick it out I'm demoralized to the point of not playing for several more days. Sadly those gaps are getting longer. I do hope devs are able to do something that changes not just the support abilities(I'm actually fine with them as-is) but motivates squad members to play as a cohesive and effective unit as intended. Sadly, the love is fleeting.
