I feel that way with the American M1 Carbine, always expect I'm going to kill the person with the 1st or 2nd round and I always have to shoot an extra cuz they're still up. The balancing of the weapons in this game is quite weird imo.
I totally agree. The M1 Carbine and the Gehr both feel very under powered. I could understand at longer range, but even under 200m it just doesn't seem to have the knockdown power you would expect. It really hurts the Germans because it is the only semi auto available. It feels very unbalanced from a game perspective as well as a historical one.
