Circle server admins

So we were fighting a long match and kept loosing garies and drops really quick. A guy in a locked squad with name sartting "TTV $$$$" was in our team and i checked and he was streaming with no overlay. This is good 40 minutes into the game and we lost a lot of high level players that were frustrated.

So i shoot him. Guess what i get a temp ban and this ahole puts overlay on and keeps playing. Nice admining.

it does :) . Regardless streaming in real time even with overlay screws your team cause u can easily see where the garies attack vectors and enemies are. I thought there was some delay in the game for streamers.

Which is why you got kicked.

Killing a streamer forces them to bring up the map to spawn.

Per Roovka the correct action is to !admin and if that doesn't work either call a public vote or find another server.

I think I was in this server and we lost 3 garrisons (all 3 were far from each other by a good distance) in less than one minute, I quit the server.

How can I tell that someone is streaming? and with or without overlays?

Buying just about any MP game these days is like drinking coke every day so you have to go to the dentist. Pick a server? Russian roulette, except there's more than one bullet in the cylinder. "Gee, I hope there are no hackers or cheats in this one!" It's no longer hope, it's wishful thinking.

Time for everyone to vote with their wallets. Until these dev/publisher leeches get properly and effectively on top of this sht they don't deserve the fat livings they make from it.

No, he's right. Everyone's cheating while using these so called higher "Frame rates" and lowering their graphic settings so that their game looks like a potato 🥔 to gain an edge. Team 17 must ban anyone who uses the in game settings. This is clearly the only solution.

That is not cheating because it is in the game. Players have been doing this for years. Even pro CS players or other games like that lower their graphics for higher frames, less input lag.

I however play all my games at maximum and still have good FPS @ 4k (I have a high end system) and I play games to have fun. I have zero issue killing players in this game and have zero issues getting killed. I don't care, I just re spawn and do the best I can to help my team out and have fun.

The only solution is not to ban the players, that is truly a silly thing to say. The only option would for the devs to simply prevent lowering the settings. Done and if that effects the players who cannot run the game well, then that will be another issue.

I highly doubt it's a popular way to cheat looking through various Twitch streams to join the same server. Too much bother. You can "cheat" XP way faster through the Bob the Builder server, rather than destroying the joy out of a serious match. Even those on the unserious server will join other servers to have serious matches. HOWEVER, having your stream URL in your name will make it immensely easier to cheat whereas some player on the opposing team MIGHT check your stream out. It's still a time consuming and not highly efficient cheat.

TL;DR: IDC as long as you don't have your stream URL in your name, and put at least a 5 minute delay on the stream to invalidate any map intel.
