Voice Comms Bug

for what ever reason, push to talk seems to be not working for me. It was most of the day and all last night etc then mid match it suddenly doesn't key in when i push the button. Not my headset, mic, keyboard etc. Anyone else experience this and/or know a fix?

The company they use top VOIP in game has been having issues since day one. Only fix is to check your hardware, connections, and do a full restart.

Exactly the same issue. Never happened to me until today. Very hard to do anything when voice coms go down as commander.

I may have bought the game. Given my voice comms is perfect out of this game but simply doesnt work in this game....im going to hard pass it. Which sucks as I wanted a replacement for red orchestra.

Voice is bad, it's worse when you have a dedicated audio interface vs just a headset or a mic plugged into the computer.

There are router level services that can cause problems with vivox, but you can only discover this if you go to vivox's website. There is nothing supplied by the devs to tell you this.

You have to make sure your audio device settings do not allow programs to take exclusive control of your audio device.

In windows 10 you have to verify the correct privacy settings for your mic.

One test I do is to go to steam friend voice chat and do a microphone test. If it works there, it should work in the game.

It really is a shame. I LOVE this game but voice communication is a HUGE part of teamwork. I will keep watching the development and see if Black Matter does anything to fix the issue. Judging from Reddit's Hell Let Loose forum, this has been an issue since launch.
