No compatible servers found

As of yesterday (2/22/24) every time I look for servers I get a really long loading screen and then the message "No compatible servers found". I also can't join friends who are already in the game, I click on accept the invite then nothing happens.

I've tried verifying game files, lowering the ping settings, reinstalling the game, turning off my firewall, reinstalling Easy Anti-Cheat, nothing works.

Same problem here too. However, when I go to my "Favorites" those servers appear and I can connect to them.

I'm experiencing no problem at the moment. I'm pulling in some 360 servers that I can join. I'm in North Central US.

This worked for me.....just waiting and trying again. theres a freshly installed problem in this problematic game and it needs sorting. Theres more bugs than in a tramps vest

ok.... i started playing a game but as the squads were too shy to speak i left and tried to get another server. failed. i have quit for today to go and play squad44 ,i shall await an update that fixes what they have messed up. the suggested fixes did nothing either

Thanks for getting in touch with us!

There were some reports of a disconnect between the Steam client and Hell Let Loose servers on Friday that was causing the No Compatible Servers error to appear - this has since appeared to have been resolved.

Can you please retest the game and see if this error still appears?

We're glad to see some of you have been able to resolve this by repairing EAC, however, if you are still seeing this error following this, please do let us know and we can investigate further.
