If you are running into hardware problems then testing for stability would be a good idea. Do things like run memtest86 on your RAM to make sure it's ok, monitor the CPU and GPU temperatures and power load when they are pushed to make sure heat/power isn't an issue. There are programs that can display things like frequency, power, and temperature on the screen so you might want to try one of those while playing the game to see if you can spot problems that way.
What are you using for a power supply? A decent 600W PSU should be sufficient if you don't have much more hardware than you already listed.
I haven't seen many crashes from this game but I have from the engine that they are using and most of those seemed to fix themselves over time (might have been bugs that were patched). Good luck in your debug, sucks when tech doesn't work eh!
We're sorry to hear you're having this issue with Hell Let Loose crashing.
So that we can better understand the problem and recommend a solution, we would like to request that you please send us your DxDiag information via the steps below:
- Hold down the Windows Key and press R
- The Run dialog should appear. Type dxdiag in the available text field.
- Click OK
- Click Save All Information
- Set the Save as type to Text File (*.txt)
- Save the file DxDiag.txt to your Desktop so it is easy to find.
- Open the .txt file, copy all the contents > Paste all the contents to a free text hosting service such as https://justpaste.it/ or http://pastebin.com/
- Copy the link to your post and paste in your reply
Once we have this information, we will do our best to further assist you in resolving this matter.Regards,

Hi TheCrazyCanuck,
No error number, only a little window with a "Fatal Error!!"...
And I use a 650W power supply.
I'll try to adjust my hardware (for example my RAM), but the problem can come from anywhere and anything. I think my configuration isn't that bad, I'm used to playing a lot of games with this configuration with high-quality graphics, and I've never had this problem before.
Thanks for your help and your advises!
Best,
Ada
Thank you for sharing that with us.
Firstly, let's check that your AMD drivers are up to date:
- Go to http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/auto_detect.aspx
- Install ‘AMD Driver Autodetect’ application.
- Select yes on to allow the application to run if the prompt appears.
- Select ‘Download Now’ and follow the steps to install the driver.
- Restart your computer, if necessary after the installation of drivers.
Secondly, let's make sure that your computer is not attempting to run the game via your Intel integrated graphics card, rather than your dedicated AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT graphics card.To run the game through your dedicated graphics card, you may need to refer to your graphics card manufacturer's documents. If you are still unsure of how to do this, please contact the manufacturer of your graphics card directly.
We are unable to directly offer you instructions on how to do this. However, if you are connected to the internet, you may find the following useful:
- Right-click your desktop, and select Catalyst Control Center.
- From the Power drop-down menu, select Switchable Graphics.
- Click Browse and navigate to select the program.
- Click Power Saving or High Performance to select the graphics card to use for that specific application.
Then test if the issue continues.Get back to us when you can!

Thanks for your help.
I did all you request me to do, and nothing has changed. I'm still playing with low graphism, and got this Fatal Error message.
Best,
Ada
Thanks for tyring those steps for us.
We can see some application and program crashes, can you please disable or if that doesn't work uninstall the application pertaining to logi_lamparray_service.exe?
Then, to reveal any possible issues with your Windows system, we would like to recommend that you please attempt the following actions:
- Open the Windows Start Menu
- Type “cmd”
- Right-click on Command Prompt > Run as administrator
- Type “sfc /scannow” without the quotes
- Press Enter
- If the process has revealed/resolved any issues, please attempt to run the game again
We can also see from your DxDiag that you have quite a few Windows errors appearing including a LiveKernelEvent with error code 141 - this is usually indicative of some issues caused by your graphics drivers or RAM.We would recommend running a memory test check. You can find a few options on how to do this in the following guide[www.howtogeek.com] though we strongly recommend using MemTest86 for a comprehensive scan of your RAM: https://www.memtest86.com/
• Please note that MemTest86 can take a while to complete its full scan - the timing is dependent on how much RAM you have on your system.
If you find the issue persists following this or the MemTest didn't highlight any issues with your memory, can you please perform a clean install of your graphics drivers? For steps on how to do this, please see the following article:
• Using DDU to perform a Clean Install of your Graphics Drivers[team17.helpshift.com]

I've done everything you told me to do, I've fixed all the problems you mentioned, and nothing's helped: I'm still having to set my graphics to the lowest setting, I'm having lag, and the game is still crashing with the "Fatal Error" error.
I'd also like to point out that since the last update to the game (yesterday?), things have got worse.
Finally, while playing with the community I noticed that this problem is recurrent, that some people who have an AMD GPU or even the same GPU as me have exactly the same problem, whereas on other games you don't encounter this problem.
I don't really know where the problem comes from, but it's there... :(
Many thanks and best regards,
Ada
Thanks for getting back to us.#
Just to confirm, did you use DDU to reinstall your drivers or did you use AMD's own software?
Can you please send us an updated dxdiag that reflects the clean install of your drivers - can you please generate this file immediately after the crash in Hell Let Loose occurs?
We can then take another look into what may be causing this so please do get back to us when you can.

Please find the DxDiag into this link : https://justpaste.it/1krqy
Many thanks for your help.

Thanks for getting back to us.
Can you please confirm if you used DDU to reinstall your drivers or if you used AMD's own software?
Can you also please follow the steps in the link to perform a clean boot?[team17.helpshift.com]
A clean boot is being used to start your Windows device using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs.
Once this is done please launch the game to see if the issue still continues.
If you find the crash doesn't persist while your start-up programs are disabled, can you please enable them one-by-one to see which program may be causing the conflict? To re-enable your start-up programs:
- Follow the steps above again but enable all of your programs and services.
- Then click Apply and restart your computer.
We would also recommend playing with a few devices plugged in as possible - if you have any peripherals you are not using while playing, please make sure these are disconnected from your PC before retesting.Get back to us when you can and let us know how you get on with this.
