Unfortunately, we don't see any Hell Let Loose crash information but we do see the Epic launcher crashing, so to reveal any possible issues with your Windows system, we would like to recommend that you please attempt the following actions:
- Open the Windows Start Menu
- Type “cmd”
- Right-click on Command Prompt > Run as administrator
- Type “sfc /scannow” without the quotes
- Press Enter
- If the process has revealed/resolved any issues, please attempt to run the game again
Please can you also try running the game as an administrator:- Right-click the game in your Steam Library.
- Go to Properties then the 'Installed Files' tab.
- Click 'Browse'
- Locate the game executable (the application).
- Right-click it and go to Properties.
- Click the Compatibility tab.
- Check the Run this program as an administrator box.
And please try running Steam as an administrator:- Navigate to your Steam install folder (Default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam).
- Right click the Steam executable.

- Restart Steam.
Get back to us when you can!Regards,

I tried running the game as administrator as you described and I run Steam as administrator by default.
I tried entering the game again after these changes and had the same crash again just now.
Thanks for your reply.
Could you please send us another dxdiag but one created after the game has crashed so we can see if any information shows?
Get back to us when you can.
Regards,
Team17 Support
The last one I sent was already after the game crashed approximately 10 times. And just to be sure, before I did dxdiag, I entered the game and waited for the crash so that the last event that happened on my PC was the game crash. When I checked Windows Event Viewer earlier, I also noticed that there was no information on HLL crashes but only epic launcher crashes. In any case, I did the same thing again, and below is the link:

Thank you for getting back to us.
Unfortunately, there's no crash information at all on that dxdiag, but that's no problem!
Let's see if we can try some steps to see if they help at all.
Can you please make sure to add the following to all Firewall, Malware, Windows Defender & Anti-virus programs?
- Program Files (x86)\EasyAntiCheat\EasyAntiCheat.exe
- Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hell Let Loose\EasyAntiCheat\EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe
- Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hell Let Loose\Launch_HLL.exe
- Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hell Let Loose\HLL\Binaries\Win64\HLL-Win64-Shipping.exe
- Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hell Let Loose\HLL_BugReportUploader.exe
- Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hell Let Loose\HLL.exe
To add these files in Windows defender:- Press the Windows key + I to open Settings.
- Go to "Privacy & Security" and select "Windows Security."
- In Windows Security, click on "Virus & Threat Protection."
- Under "Virus & Threat Protection Settings," click on "Manage Settings" under "Virus & Threat Protection."
- Scroll down to the "Exclusions" section and click on "Add or remove exclusions."
- Click on "Add an exclusion" and choose the type of exclusion you want to add (File, Folder, File Type, or Process).
- Choose "File" and then browse to and select the file you want to exclude.
- Confirm your selection, and the file will be added to the exclusion list.
If you're overclocking your GPU at all please disable this and then test the game.If the issue continues, can you please try the following steps to make sure your audio settings are set correctly for the game to run:
- Right-click on the speaker icon in the bottom-right of your screen and click Open Sound Settings
- Click on Device Properties > Additional Device Properties
- Under the Advanced tab, select a 192000 or lower rate
- Press OK and retest
OR- Press the Windows button, type Sound Settings and press Enter
- In here, under Advanced Sound Options, click in "Customise app volumes and the speakers or devices they use"
- Click on "Reset"
- Close the window and retest the game
We would also recommend to update your BIOS but we're unable to give steps on how to do this, searching online should help however for your specific hardware. Please do be careful when updating the BIOS and do not change any other settings.
We hope this helps!

I tried these steps as well and didn't work. Then I reinstalled Windows and now the game works fine. Thank you for your efforts in helping me, I really appreciate it.
