Can we please get South African servers.

You are missing out on a pretty dedicated player base in SA. Why not open up the option to host South African servers or simply host one official SA server for the growing community we have? There are not many games that allow players in SA to enjoy anything less than 180-200 ping, and I feel like HLL would be a great game for SA based players.

Any African server would be welcomed. Like you mention even one server or hosting rights is more than a reasonable request.

Why is it always up to the publisher? Surely there are players in SA that can afford to lease some.

I was under the assumption that in SA they can create their own server. I recall their being one in the very start (yest my hours are not as many, but I did pre-oder and saw a few). So can They not rent over there or?

As far as I know there are no options to host a server in South Africa or anywhere in Africa for that matter. I have no idea why. Perhaps people think we have lions and hippos roaming the streets. I do think that the publisher should have hosted a server in Africa. Why not? Its not as if the African gaming community gets much support or acknowledgement anyway in the gaming industry.

Honestly, would be great to have a South African server, most likely a lot of people would play HLL then rather than the current "AAA" games where the cheating is rampant with no fix in the foreseeable future.

I have sent them a message on 2 occasions. Initially they said they would look into it and I received no response to the latest enquiry. Ultimately it's the same issue. Africa gets very little to no acknowledgement in terms of online gaming. The argument that it's a small market does not hold water as it's a "cart before the horse" argument. Gaming numbers are increasing across Africa....and it's a massive untapped market.

When one speaks of a South African server it is important to remember that Africa is a large continent....plenty of potential pc gamers and indeed HLL players out there. In South Africa alone HLL could easily fill 2 or 3 servers

I've rented a server for a month if you still play. I've rented a server from qonzer.com. Just need players now. We also have a dedicated discord running for it.
