your pc is normaly not the issue, but you can also optimize that for gaming :) look for tipps in the net. some say that dx12 is one reason, or at least more affected then dx11
my low level PC is able to run most nearly stutter free, but only "nearly". some micro stutters are still there.
and if it gets realy strong i hide, press esc and wait a few seconds. often that solves at least the hard ones that last a second or more.
you can play around with the settings to lower the load on the pu's. but for now we all have to wait for each update to optimize a few maps step by step.
they are working on that, i already noticed some progress in fps and less stuttering.
Thanks for getting in touch - sorry to see that you're having some performance issues while playing Hell Let Loose.

Here is my link to my DxDiag: https://pastebin.com/RnAaTKFr
Please let me know what I can do, would love to play the game with a smooth experience.
Thank you for sending over the file. We can see some errors in the background with some games, we wonder if there are any corrupted system files so let's try the below steps to see if it helps:
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
sfc /scannow
Do not close this Command Prompt window until the verification is 100% complete. The scan results will be shown after this process is finished.

I performed the actions you suggested and I still experience random stutters.
To add on my previous note(have played some more)
I have noticed that it is more and less (stuttering) depending on the map I play?
I have also noticed that in the beginning when I aim down sight, it stutters everytime, but then after like 2-3 min of gameplay it calms down and only happens sometimes.
It also seems like I stutter rapidly when I traverse the map? Could it be that stuff is loading in which causes it? Is it possible to preload all assets beforehand? I have the game on NVME SSD, if that matters.
I just had a game where I played using the sniper, and were holding the enemy artillery from firing, and I noticed that when I was stationary after awhile it became more smooth, however then out of nowhere I had a massive stutter. But before that I had like 4 minutes of smooth gameplay.
I downloaded Afterburner and can see the frametime spike to around 70ms when I feel these stutters. During normal gameplay the frametime is around 7-10ms.
Please let me know if I can try something to prevent the random stutters, or give you more details. Because I really love the game, so much fun.
Thanks for trying those steps for us.
Can you please go to your launch options:
- Right-click the game in Steam
- Go to Properties
- Click the general tab
- In the launch options box copy the following: -dx12 -USEALLAVAILABLECORES
- Close the box and launch the game to see if the issue continues
We hope this helps!Regards,

Thank you for the suggestion.
Tried setting those launch options and played a game of the map called Remagen Warfare, and I hade constant stutter. Even after like 40 minutes of gameplay I still stuttered randomly, and it didnt even stop if I was stationary.
I got increased FPS, but the stuttering was still there.
Thank you for trying those steps.

Before this post I actually tried setting steam and the game to run as Admin. Found someone suggesting that it might solve it. But for me it didnt do any difference.
I also disabled CFG (Control Flow Guard), as someone suggested it causing stutter for them, but didnt do anything for me.
Thanks for your reply.
Could you please if possible send us a short video of the stuttering so we can see exactly what happens?
Are you using Fullscreen or another display mode? Does it make any difference changing it?
Please can you also install vcredist packages directly from the Microsoft page:
- Go to the Microsoft official download page here.[support.microsoft.com]
- Install packages for Visual Studio 2015, 2017, and 2019. You will need to install two files: x86 and x64.
- Reboot your PC and retest the game.

Installed the vcredist packages you suggested and rebooted PC, no difference seen.
Here is a short video showing the stuttering: https://youtu.be/I8FAanjrCDA
It is way more noticable when you play it compared to watching a video. But on the top left you can see overlay showing FPS and frametime graph.
When you see the line spike up is when I notice a bad stutter ingame.
Thank you for sharing that with us.
Can you please check that your AMD drivers are up to date:
- Go to http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/auto_detect.aspx
- Install ‘AMD Driver Autodetect’ application.
- Select yes on to allow the application to run if the prompt appears.
- Select ‘Download Now’ and follow the steps to install the driver.
- Restart your computer, if necessary after the installation of drivers.
Can you please also try the steps in this article to perform a clean boot? A clean boot is being used to start your Windows device using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs.https://team17.helpshift.com/hc/en/3-team17/faq/72-how-to-perform-a-clean-boot/
Once this is done please launch the game to see if the issue still continues.

I updated the AMD drivers as you suggested, I wasnt on the latest driver but it wasnt very old. This did not fix the issue.
After this I also tried to use DDU to completely clean the old drivers and install the latest from scratch. However this did not do anything either.
I also followed the guide to perform a clean boot. No difference here either.
I dont know if it is worth anything, but I can play BF5 and Cyberpunk at max settings without stutters.
Thanks for getting back to us and confirming.
Would it be possible for you to provide a new DxDiag as the previous one has been removed? We can then take another look and see if we can advise further.
Get back to us when you can.
