losing all my xp/stats

can something be done about when losing internet or quitting after a game has ended i keep losing hours of ex and stats if my internet ever gets an issue or i quit once a new game starts i've lost hours and hours of XP and stats because OF THIS AND WHEN IT TAKES SO LONG TO LEVEL UP AND GET XP THIS SHOULD BE PREVENTED

You only get the XP once the match ends

Its happened to me too, match finished and got level 17 and commander to rank 2, I comeback today and im back to level 15 and commander rank 1, I think there is an issue with the levelling atm and it seems to only be occurring to steam users

you dont loose that xp gained until you crash, only the bonus xp that you recive at the end.
but even for that you have to wait until that screen is finnished befor you quit. enough time between rounds.

although there is currently some sync issue that prevents to capture your stats and you join as level1. just keep joining until that has fixed itself, nothing to do on your side.

and if you realy belive a few rounds will be that much of a levelup... read this forum, there are several threads about how grindy all is.

if lvls and archivements are why you play, then you are certainly in the wrong game ^^

thanks for letting me know, i appreciate the information mate. its been driving me mad im not exactly playing for the xp points i do just enjoy the game but id enjoy it more not losing what i put into it they should patch this issue i swear id be level 100 by now if i did not have this problem yet im still level 55 after 130 hours played and im not crap at the game lol

Unfortunately, when crashing or disconnecting, the game may not count your XP due to the fact the game was not correctly finished.

If however, you find that you're not crashing and just not receiving XP even when finishing a match with no disconnections or crashes, we're currently aware of some experience issues - this appears to have surfaced following Steam Maintenance last Tuesday. Our dedicated team is actively investigating and diligently working on a resolution with Valve. Please be aware that, at this stage, we cannot confirm if any future fix will be retroactive.

If this is the case, and not happening due to a crash or disconnection, can you please share with us the following:

• Is this occurring on Official or Community servers?
  
• Can you please share with us the names and IPs of the servers you've noted this occurring on?
