Cant click any key to continue in main screen

Is anyone else having an issue once the main cut screen that says " click any key to continue", not being able to click anything? I can hit every key on my key board, and my only option is the windows key and "x" to close the game. This game has been complete garbage lately, im about to jump ship and find something else to play

I'm literally stuck in the menu right now, clicking everything and nothing. I verified the files and installed again. :/

We're sorry to hear you're having this issue.

Please can you both try installing vcredist packages directly from the Microsoft page:

1. Go to the Microsoft official download page here.[support.microsoft.com]
   
2. Install packages for Visual Studio 2015, 2017, and 2019. You will need to install two files: x86 and x64.
   
3. Reboot your PC and retest the game.

Get back to us when you can.

Hola, yo no resolví el problema siguiendo muchas guías ya actualizando todos mis drivers, a pesar que de esa es una buena práctica https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HqNtZX7SHeY&ab_channel=RecoverAndroidData

Sin embargo, resolví el problema esperando pacientemente a una pantalla del estilo pop-up donde me pedia permiso de vincular la cuenta de "Epic Games" con el juego HLL, una vez ahí di todos los permisos necesarios y pude pasar del problema de no poder oprimir ninguna tecla para avanzar.

However, I solved the problem by patiently waiting for a pop-up style screen asking for permission to link the Epic Games account to the HLL game, once there I gave all the necessary permissions and was able to get past the problem of not being able to press any keys to advance.
