New players is always a net positive and any sneering at new players is inherently harmful to the game through sheer selfishness.
If you want to avoid them, there are servers that only let you in if you're a certain level *and* server admins do have a toggle to disallow game pass players so find a server that has that toggled.
The weird elitism every time there is any kind of influx of new players is really cringe.
Choosing to no longer help new players is exactly the reason the playerbase will continue to dwindle in terms of quality as it has been. If you don't have the patience for new players, by all means stay in your bubble, just don't claim you tried to help anybody when it's very clear you getting a win that contributes nothing is more important than lifting up the rest of the community.
Comically, your bubble will not protect you from these players because some will play long enough to get past the level requirements.
It needs to go both ways. We're willing to teach if players are willing to learn.
Level requirements mean that the person wont have an excuse for not understanding the mechanics of the game.
Works just fine, if you don't even have the patience to queue, this isn't for you anyway.
Honestly, level doesn't always mean they understand the game. It's more likely that they will, but there's plenty of level 100+ players that still make very basic mistakes.
Still far less likely than level 2's and 3's mate.
Point is you will always have people in your games, regardless of level, that constantly fumble the bag and there's no escaping that.
