so having people inside of it requires you to have considerably less people in the overall area to be able to cap, especially SquadLeaders and the Commander
SquadLeaders by default have the capping power of 2 Infantrymen
and the Commander that of 4 Infantrymen
strongpoints are not named strongpoints for no reason
but i get what you are saying ... to actually put pressure, and potentially cap the point, you only need to be in the 4 square grids around the strongpoint
players running into the strongpoints like Lemmings is a more fundamental problem with their (and their SquadLeaders / Commanders) playstyle though
