Understanding Sectors and Capturing in Warfare Mode
Most players do not know or understand this is how Hell Let Loose is played.

I have been in many matches where the Squad leader or Commander orders everyone to rush the Circle/Strong Point or for everyone to get in the Circle which is the worst thing to do.

It is a common misunderstanding. I had an argument with my Squad Leader about this in one match and he and the rest of the squad were positive that the game must be played by capturing the Circle by filling it with infantry.

You can prove this theory wrong and test for yourselves by entering a server on your own and enter any one of the four grid squares (Sector) no where near the Circle and watch how you begin to capture the objective.

Everyone who plays Hell Let Loose from Newbies to Veterans should watch this video.

Maybe especially veterans. They have played CTF for so long, it's all the can think to do.

Yeah so many players line up and run to their deaths like cattle in a slaughterhouse ordered by SL rather than surrounding the objective. I used to be one of them.

Very helpful. Glad they did it this way. Sure it is nice to have the hardpoint, but making everyone run into a circle is problematic for a number of reasons and above all is artificially limiting to the game play. Now I know that posting up a squad to suppress, recon, and help cut off reinforcements around the outskirts is still helping to cap the base. No point in breaking yourself against hard defenses when you can be just as effective spreading out and harassing.

Indeed, one can begin to "claim" the territory, but if I am not mistaken, by being in the circle, one soldier counts for more and therefore a quicker cap or stronger defensive position. Sometimes, this is important when a race for territory caps is happening. It is situational, part of what makes tactics critical and this game multifaceted.

being inside the strong point doubles your capping power (the worth of your presence, not speed)
so having people inside of it requires you to have considerably less people in the overall area to be able to cap, especially SquadLeaders and the Commander
SquadLeaders by default have the capping power of 2 Infantrymen
and the Commander that of 4 Infantrymen
strongpoints are not named strongpoints for no reason

but i get what you are saying ... to actually put pressure, and potentially cap the point, you only need to be in the 4 square grids around the strongpoint

players running into the strongpoints like Lemmings is a more fundamental problem with their (and their SquadLeaders / Commanders) playstyle though
