Don't join French, German or any server that have [FR], [GR] and etc if your a English player, Only join servers that don't have any language indication in there names or have [ENG] in there names

Oh, for God's sake, pay attention to the server labels. If they say FR, ENG, RUS, or GER, that's what they expect to be spoken. EU servers that speak a native language but allow English will post (ENG) as well.

So the french ppl are buying a private server, paying monthly for it and can set their rules. They want this server for french speakers.

Same as i join only german servers, after a hard day of work i want to communicate in my mother language. So all the servers are flagged.
