There is no bottleneck here
I run this game at 5120x2160 with everything cranked to the max and it runs just as ♥♥♥♥ as if I run it at 1080p, that's on a Ryzen 9 5900x with a 4080.
This game is so poorly optimised it's beyond a joke, and they just keep making it worse.
You can literally have the best hardware money can buy and this game will still run like arse.
totally agree i have 5950x but very similar specs .. gpu is bored.....
the only time i actually get full usage is if i use the binoculars
Process Lasso seems to help a bit by keeping the program off my efficiency cores. But I don’t think that’s a problem with AMD CPUs.
My specific issue is clearly not a CPU bottleneck as it’ll be pulling 300W and almost 140 FPS and then all the sudden will not go above 160W or so and less than 100 FPS.
