Patching stuck at 100%

same here, stuck at 100% even though the whole 11 mb is downloaded

No idea what the patch is, no post in the news or update history. Mine is also stuck at 100%

I'm not 100% certain, but what I think is happening is this: You download a tiny file which takes no time at all. Then, because HLL is essentially put into one big 38 GB file, steam is unpacking that big file, applying the patch to whatever is in there before repacking that huge file into its final state. The speed of this is, of course, determined by how fast your hard drive is.
Please correct me if I'm wrong :)
