Update gpu drivers, try -dx12 as a launch command in steam.

I have an i3 12100f, 16 gb ram, and a rx 6600. This rig is very similar to what you have and I get +80 fps on high (with shadows and lighting low)

You NEED to switch the game to directX 12 and fiddle around with the settings. I have noticed a significant decrease in performance though. Pre patch I got +100 fps. My fps also tanks for the first few minutes I've loaded into a match (I'm talking like 25-30 fps).

i am on the launcher to no avail im getting dips all the time into 30 -45 fps

Also better CPU, but slower gcard. 80-100 fps.

the cpu is fine. 6 core with 4.0+ghz boost. They didnt optimize anything they just cleaned up the maps so they didnt have any clipping or visually not look correct. Utilization goes all the way to 40% sometimes never getting anywhere close to 90%

I guess he mean Ryzen 2600X by the 2600x. It's just 20% less efficient than my own with a similar GPU, but the CPU could likely affect the fps by a good margin and put him below avg. 100 fps. I'd not rule out instability due to overclocking or a lack of RAM if you got background apps running unless you know it's not running hot or RAM getting capped. SSD recommended.

As others said with -dx12 in the Steam launch line and you should put in-game settings to Community TAA rather than Clarity TAA. Don't put shadows on high, do w/e with the rest of the settings and start from there.

Optimizing this game wasn't something they planned to do much of. They tried but in the end it wasn't as good as it should be for majority of maps
