How do i change appearance in game without leaving server

so like i want run my winter white german uniform in snow map and camo uniform in not snow map but how change appear so i wont leave server.

You can select them when choosing your load out at the respawn screen.

Go to loadout in the redeploy/death menu > from there on the right side is your cosmetic options and you get two presets - thus you can save one for winter if you'd like as Preset #2 for example

Failing that, from the Barracks in the main menu you can do the same.
