What exactly is supposed to be fun with this game?

Terrible communication, feels like 90% of players are super new to realistic shooters(red orchestra, post scriptum, hell let loose obviously), deploying takes forever having to wait 10-20-30 seconds just to get to the deploy screen, where you have to wait even longer another 20-30 seconds, etc.

Why did this game kill post scriptum when it feels terribly less fun than post scriptum?

Example: My squad rushes a barn and takes position there before trying to attack another position of houses, a bunch of guys sneak around and kill me.
I tell my squad to throw a bunch of grenades where my body is, they ignore me and all get ambushed, we lose the spot, never able to take it back.
There was also a .30 in a building shooting at all of us, and I kept telling the whole team where it was, and they all ignored it and just let it exist to shoot at us and everyone else.

It's like playing with a bunch of bots, not even real people

Yeah. Take a deep breath and join under an experienced SL. Get some time and experience under your belt. Sadly, you got a bunch of noobs in your squad. It happens. But the whole environment is like the wild west. You either connect with really competent people or not. Don't be upset. This happens. But when you get into a good squad, the experience is wonderful.

Any Multiplayer FPS games could be a frustration to play if there's a lot of clueless players in your team, not just HLL.
In PS you may play with people who really good at this kind of game because PS is more hardcore than HLL, not many people who new to this genre want to try PS, including me.

HLL is more casual.

Hell let's sale is so dumb because of few factors including no punishment for dying e.g. lack of ticket system.

Devs in December 2020 decided to go full arcade, so Hell let's sale is just another Battlefield/cod like arcady shooters with simple shooting mechanics, super dull movement etc, easy marking targets.

Piss Scrotum kill itself because it never came out of Alpha state. Super bad performance, tons of bugs and dumb development decisions.

agree, tickets will only support the stupid K/D meta.

winning a game just because some camp or baserape the others on chokepoint maps has already killed most shooters. its an old concept and gladly its time to move on and get rid of that - like HLL did.
it also contradicts the whole play toghether as team idea

about the selling thing... well i guess there is someone jealous.

make such a pile of gold with an idea from a few years ago.. who wouldnt like that ^^? cant blame them. this has become bigger then they expected and selling it was a choice anyone of us would have though about ^^

back to topic:
there is a current rush on this title, i have noticed quite alot of new players. but many of them get into the mechanics after a while. those who dont, will leave soon enough.

that encounter OP had, can happen even with propper squads. nothing to judge the whole game or player base on. not everything will be successfull, you have other good players on the other side too.

and we all know, sometimes you loose, and sometimes the others win

dont give up too fast!
it takes a while for all, no matter how much "experience" in other games they have.

I know it's probably a translation thing or simple mistake, so no hate here but "Hell let's sale" sounds like an epic game of supermarket mayhem - customers Vs store staff. You have to shoot them with ticket guns and communicate with the manager to sell rubbish to people before the enemy head-Karen gets to the complaints department....

The DH44 mod for RO1 is fun, I was thinking this game was going to be like a new/updated version of that, but the playerbase is so incompetent, makes it almost unplayable based off of that alone.
