the post battle screen though, tells you at the top how to recomend your mates (well only one).
yes, a little thing that can help you gain XP, nothing more to it.. maybe the archivement if thats something you like XD
it could be mentioned in upcomming "tutorial" and some streamers/video uploaders, tell you about it too.
sometimes the players remind you about it befor the end, and i agree it should be given to the low levels and also the realy helpfull players.
i mean those that play together and call sightings, help newbees with questions, dont brabble along about "real world" issues... :) not the numbers/stats.
sadly you just have a short time befor all XP gets calculated and applyed. you can see on that screen already if you got a recomendation or in the XP gain screen. each recomendation grants you 10% XP.
depending on how new the players are you had in your squad, they may havent noticed that feature either.
and higher level players (100+) often dont get any recomandation as SL :/ its expected from them to lead the squad so others can play around and learn the game (if they even do) :/
actualy i already seen players get those extra XP, just for taking over the role when a SL leaves, even if they dont have any clue what to do ^^
if you dont fit any of these criterias, then you had simply bad luck and/or unaware squad mates :(
try to remind your mates short befor the round ends.
i give my point mostly to the lowest level (there the 10% are most effective for leveling up - btw a stupid feature that we could remove entirely, the grind for levels i mean XD)
It only has an effect on your rank xp, NOT the xp of each class. So the only thing you get from it is faster helmet unlocks.
