Shared ban lists, abusive moderation.

I've heard many complaints from people who feel they've been subjected to abuses of admins and this list they all universally enforce.

I have been subjected to this and can verify many claims to be valid; people who are banned for shockingly minor issues with single zero tolerance instances; the common argument is its their own servers they can do what they want. Sure, but the community should be informed regardless.

These are the servers that use this list and enforce questionable banning, for a wide range of minor offences (Ive personally witnessed countless complaints about their practices and seen the hyper sensitive approach); these servers universally trust one another judgement and universally apply this list for minor to serious offences on first strikes quite often.

The list is as follows:

- SoulSniper's SOF
- SauceyMuffins [BEER]
- EXD.gg
- [FR | LvL] Les Vieux

I have chosen to support all servers that DONT use this list with cash donations when possible. I recommend that people make their own decision. However please note that these servers will not unban and back up one anothers abusive admin behaviour regardless of them openly saying this; ive heard countless stories verifying they do not.


Please be respectful as this is not a place to argue, this is a list left to inform the community of what is going on, nothing more nothing less; this is simply for users in the community to make an informed decision of which servers to support or not based on the information available.

I don't know if there are banlists going around that other servers just use without looking in to it but as the owner from Dutch Let Loose I know there is a discord for the server owners. Server owners/admins can place player and cheater reports there with evidence. Some servers use it to place there reports there and some don't. Some servers will maybe take over ban's after they see the reports, some don't. There is always evidence included. I think some servers are just more strict then others. I know the Dutch people are very direct and open and say what they think so we don't really kick or ban people for minor things or jokes about a commander. Maybe the country's origin of the server has also to do with it, that some servers are more strict. For example The Netherlands is still very uncensored. We can make a lot of jokes here and say a lot of things, that you really cant say in other countrys anymore. I think some servers just choose to be more strict and some servers choose to be very uncensored and thats the place where you can make almost every joke and dont have to be afraid to get kicked if you use a swearword when you just got killed.

The argument now isn't that servers can do what they want, it's that you personally have failed many times to verify your claims, even when asked to do so.

You've made no responses to the same copy/paste comment in a few threads recently on the matter.

I say again: if you can verify your claims, which you have said you can on multiple occasions, I ask you to do so. No one will take you seriously otherwise...

I just want to add.. the reason that I started Dutch Let Loose was kinda because of the strict rules in the servers me and my friend's used to play in...
I once got threatened by an admin that he would ban us because.. someone typed in his favorite cookie in game chat.. and the rest followed with there favorite.. 'next one is getting banned'.
Or in another server getting teamkilled by an admin (with a weapon), teamkilled him back, he teamkilled me back and I got temporarily banned with the reason: 'no revenge teamkilling'.
Another server our SL left (we didn't notice) and we were just building an AT gun when we got autopunished by a bot.. when there was an enemy tank close..

In some servers there are very strict rules, you need to watchout what you say and joke about.
So I just started my own servers, almost uncensored, really 'Dutch' and I think if more people want something like that, there will be more room for that.
I think every server owner just runs his server(s) the way he likes it and there is nothing wrong with that. Just find other servers that fits you better.
About the banlists I kinda doubt it. I know from my experience with one of those servers that they dont ban people without evidence. If you got banned on multiple servers its probably because of a 'bunker report' that other servers copied from there.

This post has been made multiple times, yet you refuse to acknowledge or respond to comments asking for proof. You would have more support for your cause if you didn't expect people to just take your word for it, something other outcriers of "admin abuse" should take note of.

Also, the ban list is not for "minor offenses", it's for cheaters mainly, I haven't seen a ban for anything other than cheating in the 3 months I've had access.

People are also added to server black lists manually, you are not placed on the list and automatically banned. Meaning if you are on this list for what I would assume would be offensive language or harassment or something, then you would have to be so vile and nasty that it would constitute multiple people deciding individually that a ban is warranted for you.

And as I keep commenting every time you post this, nearly every server uses a banlist, your cash donations, which I highly doubt you've made (another thing that would be very easy to prove as well as help promote those servers you would have made donations to), have likely gone to a server that uses the thing you claim to boycott.

Look: These kinds of assertions are frowned upon by steam. Beyond that, based on years of experience, I can tell you that becoming a pariah on servers for whatever reason is a piece of baggage you may pull around on a chain for years. Settle down. Play sensibly and don't aggravate admins. It isn't worth whatever fool gratification you get out of it.

It's not that important in the end, let the cheating clans that abuse play with each other. They usually filter out the high skilled people and peak/ghost/abuse anyway. Clans have already destroyed Post Scriptum, Squad and HLL. Let them rot in their dead game.

Out of all the servers ive played on, Glows is by far the most fair and based admins. the rest are grumpy and have major favoritism on their servers...

Soul Snipers banned me for calling out blatant cheaters on their server, players that had 700+ combat effectiveness as rifleman sub level 50 rank, one even had multiple game bans on their profile and they actually thought they could hide it by private profile. These players were getting only head-shots and one of them was my nemesis 6 times and he was only 42 rank, pinging my head easily every time, watching my nemesis death numbers grow. Reported to admins that were active, and they immediately said both players were clean, didn't even check him, just said to not speak about it anymore or you'll be removed from the server. I asked my squad about it, and the admin had went into freelook mode and listened to me talking to my squad in squad chat about the player and even my squad were very suspect about him and the other player, and 2 of my squad had him as their nemesis 4 times! Let me remind you all this guy is a level 42 with over 700 combat effectiveness with 50 minutes still left in the game and he was not on arty or tanks, just a rifleman(saw at the end of the game). The admin after hearing me talking to my squad and another player in local had raised his voice at me and told me to stop it, very loudly while he was in free-look mode for admin cam. He spent more time investigating me than the people that were obviously using Aimbot/ESP. The most cowardly move was that they shadow banned me after I had left the server and put my server ban as "harassing other players."

I have a feeling like NPA servers that broke up and their admins joined all those servers. They all have the same tactics NPA used. NPA banned everyone and eventually had to disband the clan from their poor reputation. Eventually these servers will disband and start over again if enough people get banned for stupid reasons like having presidential names or reporting someone tking without revenge tking and still getting banned.

Steam sucks, they frown upon anti fanboyism. This is why I'm never buying from Steam lol.
