Also, off, medium, high, epic for anti aliasing quality makes like zero difference.
Just set it to off to get a frame boost/lower temps for that gpu
HLL settings
Steam Library, right click on HLL, choose properties.
at the bottom is a field/box with an advise only to use as experienced user ;)
copy and paste or type at least following into that field:
-12dx -USEALLAVAILABLECORES -malloc=system
also...
deactivate SSAO and Motion Blur ingame, choose Community TAA and the rest is depending on your hardware.
max textures and view distance is advised, the rest as high as your rig can handle. effects and shadows cost power, so you can fiddle around till youre satisfied.
have fun ;)
it is often a better solution to play in borderless fullscreen then actual fullscreen. was a theme in many modded games and i never had anything else since then XD
hope this could help you although you havent posted any pc specs.
You sir are a special and wonderful human.
I've come across a similar issue in Halo MCC. yes, I think it might be an nvidia setting, or something of the sort. Looks good windowed, going fullscreen breaks the antialiasing.
What does -malloc=system do?
memory allocation = cleans and locates needed space blocks dynamic in your Ram (very simplyfied describtion that does not hold in a technical discussion, there is more to it).

it will remove some of the micro stutters, due to sfx and fast apearing things like explosions. all depending on the size of your ram ^^ with more ram it gets less noticable, but will still be working.
some say its not programmed for UE4 engine but that doesnt have to. it will work in the background as part of your OS.
regarding this game... it does not make anything worst and i get less micro stutters. thats my relative impression, depending on the maps.
i dont have numbers or a science team testing that, and you may not notice anything - so dont expect this to be THE SOLUTION for this games optimizing problems. the game is literally still in development and some parts cant be optimized because every little change will force them to do that proccess again and again = waste of time and money!
BTW: i turned off steam overlay too, seems also to help a little bit. cant make SC anymore and dont see fps, but i dont care as long i have a relative fluid game flow.
