nvidia physx GPU
Seems that I can't make HLL use physx GPU, is HLL physx cpu only?

No. I believe Nvidia control panel defaults physx to the GPU. But you can dedicate it to the cpu if you wish. Your choice. The game does not decide.

I am trying to figure out why HLL is not doing so well on GeForce RTX 2070 Max-Q, it's basically not playable. I have turned on "Show PhysX Visual Indicator" in Nvidia Control Panel, and it shows that CPU is taking care of physx, instead GPU.

the game runs badly because it's unoptimised. there's no reason to change the physx setting from anything but auto

Yes you are right. I am getting 70-80 fps in built areas and over 100 fps in the country but the game still stutters and crashes.

Thx for help! Mistery solved, unfortunately it's hardware issue :/, battery died and laptop refuses to perform.
