LOL, it's getting crazy. I was on another game thread, thinking i was the big senior guy age wise, having others telling me they were in their 70's. It's a blast to see that. But i get a headache with these mics. I just listen thru my speakers.

Changing squad still causes Vivox to glitch out and silence your mic. We all realized this ages ago, and so we all left. (Among other reasons).

Yeah I personally play my audio through speakers and just set the headset around my neck, though it can be difficult to distinguish some voice through general game sounds going on

Wish there was a setting for communication based audio to go through the headphone audio device and gameplay audio through another.

First-off, Cylixx, what are you even talking about? (I swear this guy would pi$$ on his own birthday cake.) Your personal potato problems and subsequent, misdirected angst are not the point of this post. You need an upgrade, reboot or re-install + reboot.

That said, the rest of you guys are great! You all seem to be saying the same thing: You want better, more intense games more often? Lead by example.

I play all the time and rarely have comms issues with my squadmates, relative or technical. The single exception for me is early morning, when very few English-speaking servers are above 50 players. But if I play squad lead during "English" hours, the issues are even fewer.

Why?

Because I play for others exactly as I'd like them to play for me.

personally i just kick everyone from my squad who isn't using voice - they dont need to talk but if you can't play this with headset or mic then go play COD

Can't you be reported for something like that? A sincere question. All the servers i seem to play mandate SL use a mic (and i agree with that), not others. I mean if that ever happened to me, i'd just go to another squad, but others may not be as generous and report you to the Admin. I just sincerely don't know.

You won't get kicked from a server for only wanting mic users in your squad. Neither for locking an infantry squad and playing as a lone wolf sl.
