Missing ResampleDmo.dll
what on earth is this error and how do I fix it. I'm on windows 11 and nothing works

In case you never found an answer, or somebody else is looking for one - here's how I fixed this:
I'm on Windows 11 Home N. This version lacks some features, particularly the Media Features Pack. This can be installed by going to the control panel, optional features and finding it and installing it. After this the game works.

Hello, I searched it up on google with "windows 11 media feature pack"

I found: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/media-feature-pack-for-windows-10-11-n-september-2022-78cfeea5-c7d9-4aa8-b38f-ee4df1392009

But I think you also can open the windows store, and search for it there and install it that way.

It's because windows 11 N edition, is shipped without various plugins due to something in Hong Kong. The OS is the same, just lacks that pack.
